Dora Matilda’s (AKA George’s Mom) Chili

The finished product served over rice

1 pound of ground beef
2 cans of kidney beans
2 cloves of garlic (diced)
1 medium onion (diced)
2 tbsp of flour (add water to create a paste)
1 tsp oregano
½ tsp cumin
2 tbsp chili powder
salt to taste

Brown onions and garlic at same time in vegetable oil. Next add all spices: oregano, cumin, and chili powder. The put in the ground beef and brown. Now add the flour and simmer for 5 minutes. Finally add kidney beans (water in container as well)
